Because of the rising cost of living and the increasing demand for the opposite, our design of this plan was driven by the market of young adults and families who are looking for a 3BR 2.5BA home that has strong similarities to comparable apartments of around the same size. This being said, where this home stands out is in its' open floor plan that opens up to a wrap-around patio that brings the family and friends outdoors.
